Shipping policy
Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days from the day the order is received. After receiving the order, the goods will be ready for collection in a maximum of 2 working days, after which they will be handed over to the courier, who will deliver on the principle of today for tomorrow.
Your order is delivered by a courier service for deliveries on the territory of the Republic of Serbia on the principle of today for tomorrow. Delivery is made on working days from 08:00 to 17:00. The delivery price is 250 RSD and is paid by the buyer.
If the customer enters incorrect delivery information, we are not responsible for non-delivery of the goods. We will attempt to contact the customer for a new address, in which case reshipping costs will be borne by the customer. In case of 2 failed delivery attempts or if we cannot get in touch with the customer, the customer will be charged for internal costs in the amount of 250 RSD .
Also, if the buyer does not want to collect the purchased goods, the delivery costs in the amount of 250 RSD are paid by the buyer. Drip reserves the right to change the delivery method, also sometimes there may be delays in delivery due to unforeseen reasons beyond our control.
