This coffee is tha bomb! ( okay, we'll see ourselves out :D )

This beautiful natural processed coffee is produced by Daye Bensa in the Bombe District of Ethiopia. It's fruit-forward and syrupy. The highly aromatic cup has dominant fruity acidity and sugary sweet undertones, resulting in a bright delightful cup. 

The producers of Bombe live high in the beautiful Bombe mountains and have an out-grower relationship with our Ethiopian partner, Daye Bensa. The out-grower group consists of about 1.022 farmers in various parts of the mountain range who deliver their coffee to Daye Bensa’s Abore Washing Station, in Sidama Bensa region. The main varieties are JARC 74112 & cultivated local varieties.

Bombe is made from well-selected, ripe cherries. The cherry is first floated upon reception to remove any low quality cherry, then dried on African beds for 14 to 18 days.

The cherries are locally hulled into unsorted natural beans, and transported to Addis for final sorting afterwards.

We recommend this coffee both as an espresso or filter drink.
