Soft Hours brings together three distinctive coffees from Colombia and Ethiopia: a washed Pink Bourbon (Las Perlitas), a fruit-forward natural and an elegant washed lot (Rumudamo).

The coffee is gently decaffeinated using liquid CO₂, selectively removing the caffeine while preserving its sweetness, aroma and character. A vibrant and expressive decaf, very interesting, made for drinking at any time of day.
